A/ Prof Abdul Razakjr Bin Omar
Member

A/ Prof Razakjr is currently the Deputy Medical Director of Raffles Hospital, Raffles Medical Group, Singapore. He is also the Adjunct Associate Professor of Medicine in Lee Kong Chian School Of Medicine, Nanyang Technological University and the specialty editor of the Singapore Medical Journal.

He is a board member of the Medifund Committee, Ang Mo Kio-Thye Hua Kwan Hospital and was previously Consultant Cardiologist and Clinical Director of Cardiac Electrophysiology and Pacing at the National University Heart Centre, Singapore.

His previous appointments include being the consultant cardiologist and managing partner in Raffles Heart Centre, Singapore as well as clinical director of Raffles Medical Centre, Raffles Medical Group, Singapore. He was also a board member of the Media Development Authority (MDA) and member of the Board of Trustee for Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT). He was elected as the Honorary Secretary of the Singapore Medical Association (SMA) in 2008.

He has a MBBS and a Masters of Medicine from the National University of Singapore. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the Academy of Medicine, Singapore.

In 2013 he was conferred Berita Harian, Singapore Press Holding, Achiever of the Year award.
