“Your Safety Net Matters II” Webinar

An NKF-IFPAS Collaboration

About This Webinar

The prevalence rate of diabetes, hypertension (or high blood pressure) and hyperlipidemia (or high blood cholesterol) has been steadily increasing over the years.

The statistics for diabetes and hypertension diagnosis is especially dire. One in three Singaporeans has a lifetime risk of getting diabetes and the number of those with diabetes is projected to reach one million by 2050; and slightly less than one in four Singapore residents aged between 30 and 69 had hypertension (National Health Survey 2010). With no proper medical monitoring, these illnesses can create a huge financial impact on diagnosed individuals and their loved ones.

In this one-hour session, participants will find out more about the illnesses associated with those conditions. We will be discussing on treatment and costs associated with these illnesses and how various types of insurance play a part in managing these costs.

Join us and take charge of your medical coverage for these common critical illnesses now!
