NKF is committed to the principles of accountability and transparency. In order to adhere to these principles, NKF regularly makes available information regarding our programmes/activities, operations, audit statements and Board members through an annual report and our website.
A wide range of material is also published through various other print collaterals and social media platforms. All these allow stakeholders to ascertain NKF’s management of finances, effectiveness of programmes and our governance and decision-making processes.
Conflict of Interest
Paid employees do not serve as executive members of the board. This is to avoid conflict of interest, role conflicts and integrity issues on board decisions.
All employees must not be engaged in relationships, activities or interests that conflict or interfere with the interests of the organisation.
All employees are prohibited from accepting bribes, payoffs or any other type of unusual payments from any individual or organisation seeking to do business with or doing business with or competing with the organisation.
