| Submission Requirements |
The National Kidney Foundation (“NKF”) requires the submission of two (2) hard copies of the documents specified in Paragraph 2 of the Invitation Document, comprising: • One (1) original copy, and • One (1) duplicate copy In addition, one (1) soft copy of the complete set of documents must be provided in a thumb drive. All submission documents shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope. The envelope must not carry any form of identification of the Vendor as defined in the Conditions of Contract. We do not accept any email submission. |
