Dialysis Centre Virtual Tour
Welcome to the 360-degree virtual tour of our haemodialysis centre! This virtual tour will take you through the different areas of our centre, including our water treatment room, weighing station, treatment area, and contact precaution room. You will gain a better understanding of how our facilities are designed to provide a safe and comfortable environment for our patients. You will also learn more about the haemodialysis process, one of the two dialysis treatment options, and the critical role it plays in the treatment of kidney failure.
The Virtual NKF Dialysis Centre is designed in collaboration with Republic Polytechnic School of Engineering’s Year 3 students and lecturer, as part of the NKF Kidney We Care Movement.

“Our collaboration with NKF allowed us to gain valuable insights into kidney health and dialysis treatment options. We also honed our soft skills, such as teamwork, communication and problem-solving, and worked closely with the NKF team to create a virtual tour that accurately represented their dialysis centre. This provided patients with a realistic view of the facilities and support available. We are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to NKF’s efforts in providing holistic, quality renal care to their patients.” – Sean Tan, Year 3 Student
“The VR tour provides more information on what goes on behind the closed doors of the dialysis centre which at first, may seem intimidating to new patients and their family members. We hope that the tour will help to ease any initial concerns or confusion they may have.” – Lim Chee Kang, Year 3 Student
