Professor Ho Yew Kee

Professor Ho Yew Kee is Professor of Practice at the City University of Hong Kong and Deputy Dean of Chow Yei Ching School of Graduate Studies. In his current position, he oversees the graduate programmes of CityU. Previously, he was Associate Provost (SkillsFuture) and Cluster Director of the Business, Communication and Design Cluster of the Singapore Institute of technology. He was also once the Head, Department of Accounting, and Vice-Dean (Fin and Admin), NUS Business School, the National University of Singapore.

Professor Ho obtained his Bachelor (First Class) and Master of Economics from Monash University, Australia. He also obtained his Master of Science in Industrial Administration and PhD. from Carnegie Mellon University, USA. Professionally, he is a Fellow CPA (Australia), Fellow Chartered Accountant (Singapore), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and a Fellow and an Accredited Senior Director with the Singapore Institute of Directors.

Professor Ho spent most of his other times serving on listed companies, charities and government entities. He is currently Chairman, St Luke’s Eldercare Ltd and a director at CPA Australia and Singapore Reinsurance Corporation, and honorary secretary, Dover Park Hospice. He is on the advisory board of Institute of Certified Management Accountants, Sri Lanka, Deakin University Integrated Reporting Centre, Australia, Ngee Ann Polytechnic Diploma in Business Studies. He had held directorships in United Overseas Insurance Ltd, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Accounting and Corporate Reporting Authority (ACRA), Singapore Tax Academy, Charity Council, Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, among others.
