• Changes or cancellations, including in the event of non-arrival or early departure, must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the date of arrival otherwise cancellation charge is equal to one night’s accommodation and reserved additional services will be incurred.
• Cancellations over special event dates will need to be received 14 days prior to arrival date to avoid cancellation of the fee of the full amount of the stay.
• Cancellations must be received in writing by the hotel or its representative and confirmed by the hotel as received.
• Late arrivals, no shows and early departures will be charged in full without any exception, unless advised. Guaranteed reservations are subject to a no-show charge in the event the guest does not arrive, equal to the first night’s accommodation charge, plus applicable service and tax charges.
