Join us at the 4th Kidney Care Conference Singapore 2023 as we exchange ideas, knowledge and best practices among medical, nursing and allied healthcare professionals in advancing Singapore’s renal care.
Following Covid-19, Singapore needs to tackle a far more challenging pandemic of longer-term, chronic illnesses including chronic kidney disease (CKD) and kidney failure, with 300,000 CKD cases and possibly more due to undiagnosed cases. The strain from the increasing load of kidney patients is already keenly felt in our primary healthcare institutions and community care providers. There is therefore a pressing need for a paradigm shift in the ways we deliver healthcare and facilitate patients in making an informed decision on the way they want to manage their condition.
With the theme ‘Re-thinking Kidney Care in Singapore’ , the conference aims to inspire and facilitate multidisciplinary insights into the transformation and integration of CKD and kidney failure care for the future.
