Mr. Ng Kuan Luen is a seasoned Business Investment and Portfolio Manager with over 20 years of experience in the investment, financial, and infrastructure sectors. He holds two Master’s degrees — one in Financial Engineering from the National University of Singapore and another in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Imperial College, London.
Mr. Ng founded two impactful companies: Omnisekai Pte. Ltd. (2024 – present), which showcases Japan-based anime and manga merchandise and aims to develop an indoor theme park in Singapore, and Impact Investment Laboratories Pte. Ltd. (2024 – present), focused on licensing innovative global technologies for sustainable renewable fuel production in Indonesia.
Previously, he served as Director of Portfolio Strategy, and Head of Risks Management at Changi Airports International (2020 – 2024, 2013 – 2018), where he led the establishment of a global aviation investment portfolio and initiated key sustainability projects. His extensive skill set includes risk management, private equity, and multi-asset strategies.
Mr. Ng has held senior positions in prominent organizations, including Kredens Capital Management (2018 -2020) and GIC (2008 – 2012), Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund. He is known for his strategic vision and entrepreneurial spirit, driving projects that combine financial success with sustainability and innovation, making significant contributions to various industries.
