Join the father-led movement today! Every healthy habit starts with a small step, and every step counts when it comes to protecting your health.
Through fun activities and shared family goals, take charge of your wellness today so you can create more precious memories with your loved ones tomorrow.
Why join?
Fathers are the ultimate role models. This initiative empowers dads to take active steps toward better health, making healthier choices, staying active, reducing smoking and prioritising health screenings.
Who can join
- Community focus: This event is open to fathers from the Malay/Muslim community
- Family participation: Fathers are encouraged to involve their children (aged up to 17 years) and other family members in selected activities, making healthy living a shared family journey.
How the challenge works
- Set your goals: Register and select at least 7 activities, including at least 1 activity from each category.
- Take action & track your progress: Complete your chosen activities during the 3-month activity phase. Log your progress on the digital dashboard (Padlet) to earn points. You can also take on aditional activities as you progress through the challenge.
- Keep the habit going: Sustain your new habits until the end of the campaign period, submit your final check-in and unlock rewards!
