Mr Neo is the Group Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Mandai Park Holdings, overseeing the group’s strategy, operations and long‑term precinct development. He brings over 30 years of global leadership experience across the FMCG, energy, offshore marine, logistics and supply chain sectors.
Before joining Mandai, he served as Group Chief Operating Officer of Sembcorp Industries, and earlier as CEO of SABECO, Vietnam’s leading beverage group, where he transformed the former state‑owned enterprise into a modern, professionally run organisation overseeing 44 subsidiaries and 13,000 employees. He was also CEO in YCH Group, Fraser & Neave, EMAS Offshore, and held senior positions for 15 years with Asia Pacific Breweries/Heineken across Asia and Europe.
Mr Neo began his career with ExxonMobil, holding regional and global leadership posts. A former national athlete, he represented Singapore in canoeing at the Asian Games and Asian Canoe Championships, and was a multiple‑time national champion and coach.
