Champs VIA Programme
A platform to inspire & empower students
CHAMPS VIA offers young changemakers a platform that enables them to understand the needs of kidney failure patients and the community, while cultivating empathy and critical thinking, inspiring them to drive impactful and meaningful change.
Through the programme, students will be empowered to:
- Discover Purpose: Identify real-world challenges and confidently use their voice to advocate for kidney health.
- Drive Innovation: Think creatively and push boundaries to design solutions that address the identified needs.
- Embrace Responsibility: Develop a strong sense of social responsibility by championing initiatives that create positive change.
- Promote Well-Being: Foster healthy behaviours and mindsets to create a culture of healthy living within their school and community.
Complete any of the following 6 categories* and your efforts will be recognised collectively as a school.
