Eligibility Criteria	• A toxic waste collector’s licence from NEA (for pathogenic waste). • Transport approval from NEA for the transportation of toxic waste. • Have relevant experience in the collection and disposal of biohazardous waste from hospital, medical centres, dialysis centres or healthcare institutions.
