About the Cooking Competition
Here’s your chance to showcase your cooking talent. Submit a video of yourself preparing nutritious and well-balanced meals using two healthier alternative ingredients. Make healthy tweaks to your family’s favourite food and stand a chance to win attractive prizes!

Registration & Submission deadlines

Registered participants will be notified of the briefing details.
The deadline for video submission is 15 July 2022, 2359 hours (Singapore time).
Those shortlisted for the top 3 cook-off challenge will be notified by 23 July 2022.
