7-Day No Sugary Drinks Challenge Charity Drive 2020

Be a Kidney Defender! Join us to save your kidneys and participate in a good cause. The money you save from giving up your sugary drinks will go towards helping our kidney patients including the purchase of medical supplies (surgical masks, sanitisers, etc) for our patients and medical team to protect them against COVID-19.

Make the commitment to take better care of your kidneys by giving up sugary drinks for 7 days. Get your friends and family on board this journey as well!

How do I participate in the challenge?

1. Take up donation envelopes

For schools/groups, you can request for customised donation envelopes that include reflection questions to ponder during the challenge. A token of appreciation will be given to the first 50 names drawn!

To request for donation envelopes, kindly contact Ms Jamie Aw at Envelopes are only available till 30 June 2020.

Terms & Conditions apply.

2. Self-initiated projects (e.g. Social media campaign, organise fundraising events)

Do you have an interesting idea to raise awareness about kidney health? It can be a social media campaign or even to set up a physical booth within your community. Share your journey with us on Instagram and hashtag #NKFSG7DAY
