Facing the diagnosis of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and the possibility of starting treatment can be daunting. If you feel anxious, worried or fearful, we are here to support you in embarking on this journey.
Join us at My Dialysis Journey (MDJ) to connect with others who are living with kidney failure and coping with treatments. Our patient advocates and healthcare professionals will share their experiences and expertise, and guide you in understanding what your options are, and how to cope with life’s challenges. From finding ways to stay active, fulfilling your life goals to balancing work with treatment, you can learn to adapt and embrace this new chapter in your life.
